1. Do you have equipment storage?
Yes, we offer storage for skis and snowboards only (poles and boots come and go with you).
2. Can I pick up the equipment the evening before?
Yes, starting at 3:00 PM the day before.
3. Do you provide transfers to the base of Chapelco Hill?
No, delivery and return are made at our locations in downtown San Martín de los Andes.
4. Do you offer a discount for cash payments?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for cash payments.
5. Can I pay by card and in interest-free installments?
Yes, depending on the issuing bank.
6. Can I extend the rental contract?
Yes, with prior notice.
7. Is the use of a helmet mandatory?
Yes, for children under 17. It is highly recommended for adults.
8. Do I have to return the equipment every day?
No, it is returned at the end of the rental contract.
9. Do you sell passes to the ski resort?
No, but we can advise you on how to purchase them online on the official Chapelco website or through a travel agency.
10. Do you have instructors for classes?
We don't teach classes, but we can recommend instructors from the official schools in Chapelco and Lago Hermoso (the only authorized locations). Some members of our team are also instructors at both ski resorts.
11. Do you accept dollars or other currencies?
Yes, we accept all available payment methods: dollars, reais, bitcoin, etc.
12. How do I measure my foot in centimeters to choose the boot size?
Barefoot, place your foot on a ruler and measure from the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
13. To what extent is it considered a junior team?
Any equipment (ski or snowboard) that does not exceed 139 cm in length is considered junior.
